Your paid admission allows you to sample dishes from all of the competition teams at no additional cost. There will also be free and for-purchase samples prepared by The Bayou Bandit team, while supplies last.

25 Teams competing in multiple divisions of boiled crawfish, crawfish entrees, whole smoked alligators and more! Plus, live music by The Vybes and cold beverages (including beer) served by the fairground staff.
